When I’m going to rate weight loss programs, before I do anything else, I buy a copy of the program myself to look though it. Anyone can claim their program does this or that, is high quality, or will get results. But until I have seen the materials and theory behind the program I don’t believe a word of it.
My Star Rating System
I give all the programs on my site a rating done in stars. This is not an arbitrary process, Here’s a little brake down of how I determine what star rating to give a weight loss program.
Typically when I rate weight loss programs I base my rating on an over all evaluation. If the program is of greater or equal quality to today’s top plans and includes all necessary components that make a great weight loss programs I’ll give it 5 stars.
If the program is lacking in some regard but still does what its suppost to with excellence then I’ll give it 4 stars.
Should a program be popular and work well for others but I feel its lacking it will get a 3 star rating.
Programs get a 2 star rating when they only work moderatly well for some people.
A 1 star rating is basically the same as a 1/2 star rating. These are programs that I feel have no value but others seem to think are some what valuable.
The final star I can use when I rate weight loss programs is a 1/2 star. I give programs 1/2 stars so the rating system will show up on my blog and i can let people know to avoid this program at all cost.
That’s all there is to my system when I rate weight loss programs!
