Created by the Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria, laughter yoga is completely physical and does not rely on any external sources. You don’t need to be happy, have a sense of humor, or even have a reason to laugh!
Laughter Yoga is based on the idea that once you start laughing it will eventually just start to flow out of you. Practitioners say they find it both relaxing and invigorating.

I found this great Laughter Yoga eBook and I love it. Since I started reading it and practicing the techniques I sometimes start laughing for no apparent reason. And I here I thought I was getting weird looks before!
