A Starting Point for Beginners

Have you noticed how the weight loss industry has made it exceptionally difficult for people to lose weight? There are more advertisements, supplements, false information and confusing diets then ever before. People are being offered so many options that they don’t know where to start and information overload paralyzes them as they try to help themselves. It’s tough enough to lose weight as it is.

I’d love to change all of that, but I cant. The best I can do is teach by example and offer a place of peace. A place where knowledge is available in bite sized, easy to understand chunks. A place where one finds information to be accurate and from a trustworthy source.
